Please remember, children typically go outdoors every day for recess unless the weather/temperature is unusually severe. Therefore, it is important that, as we are in the winter months, your child comes to school with the appropriate outerwear every day. If a child is not properly dressed for cold weather, we may keep that child in for recess and contact home. At the benchmark of 40 degrees or below, children should wear long pants. We will have indoor recess when the “feel like temperature” is well below 20 degrees.
